South Indian Rasam/Bele Saru


Many people will already know the method.Method I follow


Rasam Powder/sarina pudi-2t sp

Tamrind/hunase hannu-1 small ball

Salt to Taste/uppu-2 t spoon


Coriander leaves/kottambari soppu

Jaggery/bella-for tast,1 sp

Toor Dal/Togari bele-1 Cup

Method:Squeese tamrind juice,add water and bring it to  boil,When it start boiling add salt,jaggery,rasam powde,arishina,bring it boil.add cooked toordal.add coriander leaves.Bring it to boil for 5 min.Put vaggarane with musturd,Ghee ,Asafoetida  & curry leaves.
